Milpitas Hacks 2.0 -- Waiver Form by Thursday, 5/22 @ 11:59 PM!

Dear Hackers,

Milpitas Hacks is just around the corner (as a reminder it is on May 24th @ Milpitas High School from 8 AM to 8 PM) and we’re looking forward to an exciting day of innovation, collaboration, and fun. 

As we finalize our preparations, please take a moment to read through these important reminders:

Waiver Form – Required: You must complete this Google Form and submit the signed waiver attached to the form in order to attend. To speed up check-in, we strongly recommend submitting it online ahead of time--specifically, by May 22, Thursday @ 11:59 PM!

Registration: Every team member must complete the official sign-up form. If a member on your team did not receive this email that means that have not signed up using the form. If you signed up only on Devpost, please fill out the official registration form here.

Discord: Join our Discord server if you haven’t already: https://discord.gg/fHWzAmkCxP.

This is where we’ll post updates, answer questions, and help solo hackers find teams. While there will be time at the event to form teams, we recommend connecting with others in advance. If you are a solo hacker, we would like to encourage you to introduce yourself in the #looking-for-team channel on Discord. 

Attendance: If you can no longer attend the hackathon, please respond to this email so we can update our attendance records accordingly.

Dietary Restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions that you did not list on the form, email us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs.

We’ll be sending another email with the waiver link again, just in case you missed it.

Here’s a quick preview of what to expect:

  • Workshops on various tech topics (including for beginners!)

  • Brawl Stars and Block Blast competitions (with prizes...)
